Ever since we recorded her show in Paradiso’s small hall back in 2005, we’ve all been huge fans of Ane Brun. Therefore we were thrilled that she finally came back to Amsterdam with a new album, and a new show. It turned out to be another wonderful performance. But you should really see it yourself.
Ane Brun Bio With her warm voice and acoustic guitar the Stockholm based Norwegian singer/songwriter Ane Brun (real name Ane Brunvoll) brings her fragile and intimate songs to life. Inspired by artists like Joni Mitchell and Ani DiFranco, Ane Brun started writing songs at the age of 21. Together with fellow musician Ellekari Larsson she founded DetErMine Records, on which she released her 2003 debut ‘Spending Time With Morgan’, followed up by ‘A Temporary Dive’ in 2005. Three years later she released the long-awaited ‘Changing Of The Seasons’.
